Project # 1: SAP R/3 ECC 6.0: Global Implementation Jun-2010 to Mar-2011

1) Client: AMUL Manufacturing Marketing division- SAP Consultant- IBM

It's an independent production unit well known as a 'Amul Dairy' is having turnover of Rs.2000 cores (approx.2009-10). The Dairy has implemented Quality System ISO 9002 and HACCP on 15 June 1999 and was Certified by Bureau of Indian Standard (License No. QSC/L 004979) and now Dairy has introduced Quality Management System based on International Standard 9001 : 2000 and Safety Management System based on Codex Standard IS 15000 : 1998 on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to ensure highest quality products with built in safety to consumers.)

This project covers implementation of SAP across 14 o-operative dairies and 53 processing Plant located in different states. Head office is in Anand (Gujarat). In R/3 all modules of SAP are being implemented and extra 02 modules include as a z (development) like –CS module (cooperative services)AH module(animal husbandry) Semen production through live stock also mapping in SAP and Milk Management fully mapped in SAP (ie Around 85% raw material is Milk which received from cooperative DCS & without purchase order .Milk is transferring inter and intra company a lot) This project divided in to two phases where full life cycle for SAP implementation covered over a period of two years. This project was implemented in consultation with IBM Consulting Team comprising 40 member and 70 members from AMUL.

The first phase has lived on 01.04.2011 at five large scale manufacturing plant and second phase will live on 01.01.2012 at reaming Roll out SAP in its new Greenfield plants coming up at various locations INHHOUSE by core team members. Here involves in leading in house team for CO Implementation of SAP CO modules. The locations of projects were at Anand.

2) Client: Jindal Agro Processing Pvt. Ltd Manufacturing and Marketing division-SAP Consultant- WIPRO Nov.12 to Dec.12

It's an independent production unit well known as a 'Jindal Agro processing Pvt.Ltd. is having turnover of Rs.200 cores -approx (2009-10). 'Jindal Agro processing Pvt.Ltd. is a only frozen food processing company in India to have successfully implemented SAP and the second company ever globally to be running SAP on the ‘cloud’ technology. Jindal Agro Processing Pvt. Ltd. (Jindal Agro) is initiated with the objective to cater authentic Indian recipes across the world. With a core competence and a glorious legacy in the culinary domain, Jindal Agro partners renowned international brands through the private label route to provide quality food products in the different categories of flat breads, breakfast foods, snacks, curries and dinners. We are equipped with state-of-art infrastructure, engaging latest processing technology to offer an assortment of gourmet ready to eat, frozen foods.

The Go-Live has happened on 01.12.2011 at Two Large scale manufacturing plant. Here he has done alone Go-live of CO-Module.

Roles & Responsibilities:

CO Overview

CO Functional Consultant to Roll out existing SAP in other AMUL plants and Jindal Agro Plant.

• Blueprint work – Defining Business Process through As-Is Study and Blue Print Design for CO Module.

• Defining Key Data Structure for CO.

• Master Data Collection from every Plant.

• Data Migration into SAP from legacy system via LSMW, Scat, BDC & BAPI.

• Verification of Proposed Business Processes via through testing of Configured Business scenarios during Baseline and Integration testing.

• Integration point’s responsible for/supporting – Integration of CO with PP FI,, MM,SD, PM&PS .

• Testing responsibilities – Integration testing for Process, Development & Developed reports at different levels.

• Approving Functional specifications for all Client Specific Developments.

• Configuration – Undergone SAP Configuration training conducted by Implementation Partner IBM for CO.

• Communication, Validation & feedback of business processes from all location
