Duties: I was to prepare the dump truck for the load, I also wheeled the blacktop from the truck to the rakers. When rocks needed to be removed from under the old blacktop I removed them. When a drive way was to be seal coated, I first cleaned the blacktop then carried the buckets from the truck to the sweepers.

I attended the Southern Adirondack Education Center my junior and senior years of high school, where I was trained as a conventional Machinist and a Competent Mig welder. Over the two years I attended SAEC BOCES I was a part of many training projects that would prepare me as future work force member to operate under specific problematic situations. I was trained to work with high-grade materials with very tight tolerances as well as strict time limits for completion. I placed 3rd in the Skills USA Competition my senior year as well as completing the NOCTI exam.
