PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE
In the beginning of my career, I wrote two ambitious career goals. 1) to systematically design and develop training programs and performance support programs intended to measurably improve employee performance; 2) to gain experience developing performance improvement products with the most current state-of-the-art technology available; 3) to serve all sectors of the field, including commercial clients, government organizations, and universities
PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Designed and developed courses and documentation for delivery in print (manuals, reports, reference materials, procedural aids), DVDs (computer-based training), and online (web-based training, online University courses)

Collaborated with Content Experts, Contributing Scholars, Video Producers and Coordinators, Instructional Designers/Writers, Graphics Artists, and Editors throughout the project lifecycle

Managed product development schedules in order to meet project deadlines for multiple courses
Managed external consultants by interviewing them, generating and maintaining their contracts, and facilitating meetings with them at various points in the process

Designed user interface and developed storyboards for computer-based and eLearning training programs
Built eLearning courses in eCollege (Laureate’s LMS).
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Developed materials for classroom and distance delivery courses, including instructor guides, participant guides, and reference materials
Instructional design clients include the Department of State, Office of Antiterrorism Assistance. The Mitigating Prison Inmate Radicalization Course, which was mandated for development by the White House, was designed to teach prison administrators and managers how to mitigate terrorist radicalization of inmates.
Technical Writing projects included developing training materials about federal regulations regarding laboratory medicine. Also drafted lead journal article for Laboratory Medicine.
Developed and coordinated training programs and workshops for new and experienced principal research investigators, registered nurses, and data managers in the School of Medicine’s Oncology Department. Due to the success of the training programs, the CRO training curriculum was adopted as a model program other University-wide training programs.
Developed curriculum with the PLATO system, the first computer-based training development tool, which included a complex student and learning management system.
Coordinated development of video interviews as an online media element by conducting the video interviews, developing papercuts from transcripts, reviewing media during development, and identifying text and visuals to incorporate into the videos.
