Perform Safety meeting to review JSA, risk assessment around field route for JM, confirm approval for JM while leaving and departure from shop/ location.

Good convoy procedure as company field trip

When at location,

Done safety meeting to review JSA for set unit at location, lay out setting unit, and risk assessment, after get explanation from access control at rig site with Costumer and Rig superintendent/ tool pusher.

Perform safety rig up procedure with crew, and prepare equipment and chemical at location.

Discuss and calculation wellbore volume, capacity, and concentrate mixed of chemical need to perform job as per tally liner program at rig site.

Mixing chemical

Lead PJM before job execution to explain and review SOP, JSA, MSDS, HSE, and job troubleshooting / action plan if abnormal condition during job performs.

In charge as pumping operator during job.
