• Revitalized a neglected fleet that had not been maintained in over two years and brought it under control in six months. This was accomplished by implementing accepted maintenance policies and procedures

• Reduced road calls and breakdowns from an average of seven a day to less than five a month resulting in a cost savings to the business of over $1 million in road service and lost revenue a year.

• Instituted a tire maintenance and pressure-monitoring program for a fleet that had 90%-underinflated tires. The results were elimination of breakdowns, lost driver productivity and increased fuel economy
