RESPONSOBILITIES:

• Performed analysis of in-process samples, finished products, and investigated complaint samples.

• Effectively Performed assay, degradation product testing and related wet chemistry analysis using the following instrumentation: HPLC, TOC, UV, Fisher, viscometer, pH meter, potentiometer, polarimeter, refractometer & FTIR.

• Calibrated and maintained laboratory apparatus and miscellaneous items required for daily work.

• Managed the Reagents & solvents for usage of daily analysis in instrument lab & wet lab with Log books and proper labelling from COA.

• Responsible for testing of in house drug products and raw materials as per the specifications and it is followed as per IP, BP, USP & EP, for chemical analysis using HPLC , Auto titrator, FTIR, UV, dissolution apparatus and Fischer titration and physical analysis by checking the appearance, extractable volume/density and viscosity.

• Responsible for preparation & checking of specification, COA and Method of analysis for the drug products.

• Responsible for planning and conducting stability studies. This includes the accelerated and real time stability testing with initial testing.

• Sampling of water samples and testing for Total organic carbon, Chlorine test, sulphate test, chloride test, Residue on evaporation & pH.

• Responsible for checking, testing, released of Raw material, Bulk product & finish product with proper label, intimation & reporting.

• Responsible of daily calibration of some analytical instruments eg. pH meter, balance.

• Responsible for checking the data of raw material by using the udyog software & released of samples which is send to the outdoor lab for some tests.

• Sending & released of samples to outdoor labs for some testing.

• Preparation and standardization of solutions required for analysis

• Responsible to do the previous planning of analysis as per the dispatch.

IPQC/QA

• In process checking of Quality control/assurance in production.

• Checking of all the activity from the Dispensing to dispatch of the product.

• Responsible to preparation of IPQC sheets of manufacturing, filling & packing of the product.
