Was employed with Marriott City Center as a Food Runner in 1997 under supervisor Mark Lucky. Left to help with a family matter out of state. My main goal is to get re-established in the restaurant industry within a major hotel so that I can build myself a career that makes me happy. I enjoy working with people and long-term I would love to pursue being a chef. I am strong willed and determined, and willing to give 110% into anything I do. I see myself as a fast paced worker, very comfortable in high volume and stressful situations.
