Project improvements resulted in Oldcastle Glass Albertville being recognized as the top performing Oldcastle Glass plant (of 42 locations).

Managed a team of 70 employees that processed 115,000 pounds of daily product. Increased safety awareness leading to zero OSHA Recordable Incidents. Followed HACCP controls and worked with the USDA to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Led team to unprecedented production numbers, including increasing output on the highest tonnage item by 25%.
