And Negotiations with unions (Two), Grievance reddressal, maintained harmonious relations in the unit, laiasioning with various departments, welfare activities development, safety and security.

Training to workers, Management development programmes, different facilities provided in the colony by outsourcing where there is no such facilities earlier. Counseling to the workers.

4. Company: (From December’07 to 14th Nov’08)

Nandi Group of companies, manufactures of Nandi Pipes, Bio-fuels,cements(PCMI), Dairy Products located at Hyderabad, Ananthapur, Tirupathi, Vijayawada, Kurnool and Nandyal (Head Office)

Group HR/IR Head: As a Sr.Manager(HR) to deal with Recruitment, Establish the HR functions - Training, Manpower planning, Performance Appraisals, Counselling the employees, Industrial Relations(Wage negotiations,Grievance redressals etc.,) Employees Welfare and Safety and Laisioning.

Achieved:

Arrived settlement with union at Hyderabad for Bonus Issue and done a Wage Agreement. Established Grievance Redressal Committee. Established systematic procedures in HR department in this group.

The A.P.Paper Mills Limited, Unit :C.P Kadiam Near Rajahmundry, East Godavari(Dist) Manufacturers of News Print, Cultural & Kraft paper.

Achieved:

In twelve years of service in the unit faced three major strikes on Incentive, Bonus and Wage Settlement issues. Given good advises to the Management to handle the strikes and maintained harmonious atmosphere in the unit. Got the appreciation from the Management.

Given importance to employees welfare and Safety , identify the needs of the training and established training department. Observed the satisfaction of the employees.

Achieved:

During my short service identified the forged certificates of the employees and reported the management. The employees were terminated.

During Major Accident in the plant played a vital role to look after the employees health, Safety, Compensation to the legal heirs of deceased and laision with police, Factories Dept, Labour dept and Dist Collector.
