Controlled and organized a Process Improvement team of fifteen employees which resulted in a 17% drop in Makeready time on press using lean manufacturing methods.

Participant on the Senior Management Team to include results and weekly meeting with Corporate each week.

Participated on the Product Development Team in order to develop and manufacture new products Develop and execute successful new technology launches to ensure that Arcade Marketing CP remains a leader in the sampling industry. Currently have several patents.

Developing a master plan in order to reduce overall downtime and cost improvements within the facility to increase profits and equipment runtime by 15% over the course of two years.

Developed, implementing and executed fiscal year budgets for six departments in excess of 1,000,000 dollars per year.
