Worked as Instrument Technician Trainee for ONE YEAR- 2003 at Bakelite Hylem Ltd.

Presently working in KOC-Kuwait as Instrument Technician:

Maintenance and trouble shooting of Field Instruments and PLC logics for Filters, high capacity motors and pumps, sludge separator And Air compressors protection and auto start. I was involved shutdown activities. Calibration of process instruments, installation, loop checking, startup checks of MMMs plants, fault finding & trouble shooting of process instrumentation during commissioning period. Finally preparation of instruments calibration reports.

To carry out the preventive & periodic construction & maintenance of all field instruments like Pressure, Flow, and Weight & Temperature transmitters, Electromagnetic flow meters, Control valves, Gate valves, Sensors & Switches.

To calibrated and servicing of all type of control valves, sov’s, Positioners, Air filter regulators and I/P converters.

Experience in calibration and servicing of level troll, gauges, level gauges.

Experience in instrument erection and commissioning activities of all type of instruments. And loop checking, troubleshooting and maintenance of all type of field instruments.

Preparation of Wiring and layout Diagrams of all Schematic diagrams and wire route information are prepared using Auto Cad and MS Office Package.
