Duties and responsibilities

. Comply with the company safety policies and procedures.

. Preparations of HSE plans and Procedures.

. Preparation of JSA/HEMP

. Conducting inspections and Audits as per HSE plan.

. Conducting Emergency Response mock drills and preparing feedback

reports.

. Take a proactive approach to the implementation of the HSE

culture within the staff and the workers.

the particular activity, and the corrective measures to be

adopted.

. Ensure that the Tool Box Talks are being conducted daily, and

any deviations that have been identified the previous day are

projected in the meeting avoid recurrence.

. Report unsafe acts and conditions, and initiate corrective

actions.

. Conduct 1st day Safety Induction Course for the new employees.

Conduct in-house safety training classes for the workers.

. Conduct and participate in safety meetings.

. Motivate the employees through safety awareness programs.

. Ensure that the employees are competent enough to carry out the
