PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Worked with Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd. (Off role) as an O&M engineer for 2G & 3G from Aug 2009 to September 2011.

• Working with Sigma ALPS as Technical Support Engineer in Lagos (Nigeria) September 2011 onwards.

Telecom Equipment:

Ericsson based BTS (2202, 2204, 2964, 2204V2, 2111, 2206, 2954, 2964V2) PDH, SDH, Traffic nodes (6p 20p), Software upgrade, High cap, Microwave radio’s (15/21, 15/25, 7/12 7/16, 15/23, 15/27, 15/22 and 15/26).

Telecom Software:

● Working on Software: WINFOIL, LOTUS, MINILINK, HIGHCAP, WINLINK MANAGER1000, R&R Tool, SWIS.

Scope of Work as Technical Support Engineer :-

• Providing support to Field Engineers.

• Coordination with Project Manager.

• Testing of Equipment (Ericsson, Harris, Delta, Eltek).

• Testing mainly consist of MMU for PDH and SDH, Radio.

• Checking of Handover of material from Ericsson.

• Manage the inventory of the Four Warehouses.

• Preparation of ANL according to the customer requirement.

• Guide employees in Segregation of Equipment’s.

• Handling 11,900 sq feet Covered warehouse with 12 Employees + 15 labours.

• Lead the meeting with customer during sign off.

• Taking Update of Material Dispatched.

• Optimum use of resources to attain objectives of the company.

• Warehouse audit checks as per warehousing norms, making of inspection reports, cycle audits, etc.

• Having well developed communication and facilitation skill. Ability to work with team and leading the team. High level of Integrity.

• Tracking & Planning of material requirements by getting Projection inputs and managing movement of material as per priorities.

Scope of Work as BSS Engineer(2G and 3G):-

• Integration of new BTS sites Ericsson RBS 2000 series BTS (3202, 2202, 2204, 2204V2, 2206, 2111, 2964).

• Implementation for E1 connectivity b/w BSC to BTS, BTS to BTS sites according to the planning.

• Integration of 7 & 15 GHz Ericsson Minilink for all the hops directly or indirectly connected by Ericsson Minilink Radios.

• Implementation of Ericsson PDH radios of various configurations like 1+0, 1+1 hot standby, 1+1 working protections.

• Steady knowledge of HIGH LOW VIOLATIONS and POLARIZATION used in link alignment.

• Handover of BTSOL Evens and transfer sites from microwave to BTSOL (STM).

• Implementation of TMA to boost up the transmitted Power especially on Highway Sites.

• Rerouting and changing of Microwave hop path and frequencies as per requirement basis.

• Monitoring Call Drops, Diversity & VSWR faults at the time of integration.

• Monitoring and rectification of CF and TRX faults at the time of Implementation.

• Monitoring of quality of Installation, VSWR measurement, Quality test according to test procedure.

• Worked on Hi-Cap & SDH radios of Ericsson.

• Looking 60 sites of BSNL 3G in Rohtak city.

• Handling MNP Project of Airtel Rohtak(Haryana).

• RF Optimization as per the requirements.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

• B.E (Electronics and Communication) from MD University, Rohtak scoring 70%

Description Objective for this system is to make the data of Sites down in the cluster

Including of site downtime, uptime and reason of site down. Operator responsible

For the Site down .Main work is on Ericsson Winfoil tool to check the status of the site.

Responsibility: development of Excel sheet of Sites down on previous day and check the

Status of sites at recent period and inform the concerned person.
