• The Economic and Financial Committee witch deals with issues related to economic growth and development such as macroeconomic policy questions (including international trade, international financial system, and external debt sustainability), financing for development, sustainable development, human settlements, poverty eradication, globalization and interdependence, operational activities for development, and information and communication technologies for development.

• United Nations System Financial Administrative and Budgetary Matters witch deals with matters related to the financing of all United Nations peacekeeping missions, system budget, international aid, international finances and human resources inside the UN System.

• Special Political and Decolonization Committee deals with a variety of political issues but my main expertise was the Middle East.
