The Frost National Bank-U.S.A (CRM)

The objective of the project is to develop Business data warehouse for CRM, which offers various details like joint account, identifier, personal customers, corporate customers, address of customers. The Development & Maintenance of DSS for the Frost National Bank by means of integrating data from disparate interface system, into a repository of meaningful business information. This was very much required for the management to get a single view of their business. They needed a Data Warehouse so that they could maintain historical data and central location for integration, analyze business which could serve a purpose of a DSS for decision makers.

• Developed various parallel jobs and performed data loads and transformations using different stages of Data Stage.

• Used data stage Manager for importing metadata from repository.

• Used Aggregator stages for summarizing the data.

• Designed and implemented Slowly Changing dimensions

• Loading Facts and dimensions from source to target mart.
