Customer Service Manager/Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities include managing the Customer Service team to achieve quick and effective resolutions with positive results for our customers as well as our business. I was also responsible for writing and developing the Customer Service handbook, and assisting the financial department with confidential customer refunds. Day-to-day tasks involve consistently answering store emails from our Amazon, EBay, and Yahoo! Marketing Channels in a time-appropriate manner and corresponding with the warehouse and upper management, including the purchasing department, accounting department, human resources, CEO's, amongst others. I represented the customer service department on the hiring panel and created customer service job listings. This position has required strong computer skills to navigate our databases, Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as the Internet. My position required attention to detail, team leadership skills, creative writing, and even modeling the costumes for our store website. Along with managing Customer Service, I serve as an Accounting Assistant for our busy Accounting department.
