• Organized and synergized diverse staff of twelve. Oversaw transition of magazine from small black and white publication to a highly professional magazine that became the standard for many other Universities campus magazines.
• Coordinated the business efforts of the publication to turn it from a cost center of the university to a self-funded publication through advertising revenue.
