I am a time served Instrument Technician. I served my time offshore in the North Sea as an apprentice with British Gas for two years. I then went on to do a further 2 years as an instrument technician for British Gas on the Armada Projects. From there I moved onto an F.P.S.O as an E&I Technician for Teekay Petrojarl onboard the Petrojarl Banff, again operating within the North Sea.

I work well within a team but I am equally competent and productive work as an individual. I am outgoing, enthusiastic and always keen to learn new skills and techniques. I am confident and efficient in carrying out maintenance, routines, fault finding and loop checking. I also feel I can add to other aspects of the offshore working environment. I have operated as a fire team member, area authority and permit co-ordinator.
