Responsible for payroll and morning reports. Handle all new customer accounts set up. Ensure all shipper requirements are updated and documented on Service Delivery Specification Sheets. Supervise all CSR’s to ensure they are fulfilling and meeting shipper requirements. Ensure all orders are processed correctly and scheduled with carriers according to delivery times. Submit daily railcar switch to railroad to ensure all empty railcars are pulled and new railcars are placed to keep shipper inventories at service levels to fulfill customer’s orders. Responsible for all shippers’ monthly inventories. Update and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets. Maintain railcar sample log sheet. Conduct weekly CSR audits. Promoted to terminal Manager.
