Position entails consulting with clients and guiding them through the complicated

Bankruptcy process, attending meetings of creditors and confirmation hearings,

and litigating issues before the Bankruptcy courts.

Supervise the work of paralegals, ensure the timely filing of Bankruptcy plans and
