Project: Servicer Default Management Utility (SDMU) Feb’10 – Till Date

Role : Sr.QA Analyst

The SDMU project lets servicers submit loss mitigation cases and allows them to access Fannie Mae managed business rule set and eventually gives the capability to receive structured workouts. The SDMU delivers these capabilities through a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) model, to which servicers will directly connect their systems, largely eliminating the need for mutual interaction when submitting a loss mitigation case.

The World Wide Price Release Tool (WWPRT) 3.0 is IBM's world-wide strategic tool for reference price maintenance and release. Directed by Corporate Pricing, common price release business processes and practices within the pricing communities of IBM's various value chains are being enforced via WWPRT 3.0. The directive is for all brands and geographies to utilize WWPRT for creating, calculating, and releasing IBM's reference pricing data thus providing IBM's e-business and fulfillment systems with price information from a single reliable and strategic source. WWPRT is based on EMEA's pricing tool, PEARL (Price Environment for Adjustment and Release Logistics) and will completely sunset PEARL with this current version (3.0) of WWPRT. Given corporate Pricing's initiative described above, all regional reference pricing tools were folded into the WWPRT 3.0 – making it largest pricing tool in IBM.com with more than 12,000 end users spread across the world.

Michigan Child Support Enforcement System (MiCSES) is based on 21st-century technologies, including a standard graphical user interface, Web-based system architecture, and an Oracle relational database. Federal certification was granted in November 2003, attesting that MiCSES meets all federal FSA88 and PRWORA functionality requirements. The Child Support Enforcement Program provides four major services - locating non-custodial parents, establishing paternity, establishing support orders, and collecting support payments.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in System Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Interface Testing and Backend Testing.

• Identified and run necessary batch jobs in different Testing environments using Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.

The project Personal Loan Application Database is a web-based enterprise-wide solution for online application for personal loans which enables the loan applicants to fill in the details online as the first step towards getting loan granted. It provides an in-house communication and management system that helps access critical information & relevant people, manage documents and integrate day-to-day operations and loan processes. It offers a complete Intranet solution to the sales department, field verification department and credit department.

• Tested web-based personal loan processing application to be used by the bank to verify the customer’s eligibility for the loan and execute necessary steps of the loan process.
