Noble Correctional Institution May 1996 – May 1997
Administrative Captain/Special Duty Commander-Duties included Rules Infraction Board Chairman, enforcement of administrative, institutional, departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures; ensure all staff and inmates followed all procedures while ensuring that all staff enforced these procedures; conducted investigations of all types including drug related activities, inmate complaints and staff complaints, resolving many complaints and grievances daily, both formal and informal; assisted in writing numerous post orders, policies, procedures and institutional rules during the activation phase of Noble Correctional Institution, served on correctional Critical Incident Management Team, assisted N.C.I A.C.A manager, A.C.A training.
