I am a highly motivated HVAC/BAS specialist with years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. I have extensive experience in all types of facilities maintenance which includes the operations, troubleshooting, repairs and management of all facets of the HVAC and BAS systems. This includes Chiller Plant Management, GMP Factory, Pilot Plant and Laboratory preventive maintenance and repairs, Data Processing Center Operations, PM's and repairs, Biological Laboratory operations, PM's and repairs and BAS operations and repairs. I have also managed all the HVAC related outside vendor contracts and have been a main part of many construction project teams.

HVAC Sr. Operations / Infrastructure Engineer for Merck & Company assigned to the Rahway Facility, managing approximately 1 MM Sqft of Research and Development Laboratories, Buildings and Technology Spaces.
• Managed the HVAC control room operations including four shift supervisors and 8 union shift mechanics.
• Managed the daily operations of the site HVAC mechanical team including the preventive maintenance and repairs of all on site BAS equipment, HVAC GMP calibrations, repairs and documentation, refrigeration mechanical repairs, refrigerant compliance, documentation and management, equipment SOP's and HVAC budget management.
• Coordinated the daily responsibilities related to the management of all outside contracted vendors. This included Nalco Chemical treatment, JCI York, Carrier, Andover Controls, Landover Cooling Towers, ESI and Munters.
• Team member of the Factory 15 and Factory 31 Upgrade project, reviewed all documentation and mechanical sequences. Also managed the updating of all the HVAC site GMP calibration PM's.
• Managed all preventive maintenance, repairs and operations for the Merck World Wide Data center in Bldg. 84.
• Set objectives and annual performance reviews for the 3 HVAC mechanical supervisors and the 18 HVAC union mechanics.
