3. Worked as a Yoga Instructor at Divya Yoga Society in Tirupathi from 07-06-2004 to 04-02-2006.

Seminars and Presentations

1. Presented a paper in National seminar held on Yoga Therapy on 27-06-2008 in Mangalore University.

2. Participated in National Seminar on Yoga therapy Paripurna Arogya held on 24.02.2007 to 25.02.2007.

Achievements

1. Won Second Individual Championship in the Inter College Yoga Competition held in Roshni Nilaya, under Mangalore University 2007.

Project work in M.Sc

Project: “THE EFFECT OF YOGA THERAPY ON VARICOSE VEINS”.

Duration: One month

Description:

The project work was conducted at Police Guest House in Mangalore for a period of one month. During the study, yoga is introduced for 10 employees. I gave yoga therapy for them, which include Asanas, Pranayamas, and Yoga nidra and gave lectures regarding yoga. Before and after the yoga practice I checked their B.P, height, weight, and Calf muscle circumference. Individually each subject has got good result.
