It’s a Fidelity Information System’s banking product which is being used by banking Institutions. Customer care agent uses this product to answer all the queries asked by the customers. It’s a multi platform application where customer care can handle both credit card and debit card customers. It’s a dynamic product where any bank can use the same application, but usability is controlled through a centralized rule engine.

The objective of this tool is to reduce the effort spend by the employee on the travel settlement. This reduces the dependence of the Employee on FINANCE for travel settlement. All the expenses of the employee is calculated The expenses should be calculated in local currency by using the published forex rates. Tool calculates the final recoverable/Payable to Company. This also provides Online Manager approval with delegation facility. This generates final summary report and some sub reports also using crystal report.
