My objective is to contribute my eclectic skill set to an organization dedicated to providing for the betterment of the community I live in. Talecris Plasma Resources (Assistant Center Manager) 2008 to 2009
With TPR I was responsible for monitoring and evaluating all plasma center operations. At all times I had to maintain thorough familiarity with and compliance of all State and Federal regulations, FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP.
I oversaw approximately 28 employees at all times. I functioned and was designated trainer in all production areas. In the frequent absence of the Center Manager I was Designee.
EyeMasters (General Manager) February 2005 to June 2008
As General Manager of EyeMasters in Amarillo, Texas, I was responsible for absolutely complete operation of this full service optical. The number of employees that I mentored at any given time was between 7 to 12 employees.
A to Z Tire (Operations Manager) July 2004 to February 2005
As Operational Management of retail locations involved in internal and external account sales, I worked with the Personnel Manager to operate several locations throughout Texas. Employees reporting to me numbered approximately 5 to 12.
