QUALIFICATIONS
I am pro-active dependable, reliable and enthusiastic professional with over 20 years of Managerial / Leadership experience in construction. I also served 14 years with the United States Air Force Reserves in the Civil Engineer Detachment. Three (3) years in Iraq as Site Supervisor. I have developed contingency plans during peace and wartime conditions as well as formalized quality control plans to be used specifically on job-sites. Directed team members to achieve the goal of the organization by promoting a commitment to team work. I coordinated work progress with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to keep project on track. I have inspected job sites for workmanship and for codes to meet the highest quality as well as developed formalized Quality Control plans and programs. Forecast fiscal budget and record/control materials and manhours to remain within the budget. Owned and operated my own General Contracting Company for 14 years. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
(Feb 2009 – Sept 2009) Ramtech Building Systems Mansfield, Texas
Superintendent. 8.1 MM Modular building facility at Ft Polk La, The project was for the Corps of engineers (Foreign Security Forces Transition Team Mission).
• I set up 20 modular buildings ranging from 7,000 sq ft to 500 sq ft. Mobilized a 100-ton crane on fourteen different sites.
• Scheduled preparatory meetings with the Corps of Engineers and General contractor.
• Scheduled all trades for interior and exterior completion of the buildings. This was a very time sensitive project I only had a six (6) month window to complete the project. I completed ten (10) days ahead of schedule.

(Feb 2008- Nov 2008) Murillo Modular Grp Carrollton, Texas
Superintendent/Quality Control Manager. 5.4MM child Development Center for the Corps of Engineers (Savannah, Ga District). Project was a concrete precast tilt wall / Light gauge metal trusses / Standing seam roof and Interior metal stud framing.
• Developed and wrote Quality control plan, Accident prevention plan and Environmental protection plan to the corps for review and approval.
• Attended the corps Quality control Management course also the State of Georgia soil conservation program (level 1A certified)
• Coordinated all phases of the project to keep work in line with the schedule.
• Held weekly Progress planning and safety meeting with subcontractors and the corps.
