WORKING EXPERIENCE

1. Presently employed with Turquoise Cottage Gurgaon (A unit of Star Leisure Services Pvt. Ltd.) As a Food & Beverage Controller from 10 June 2005 to till Date. (The House of Seasons)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepare Weekly food Cost Report and a Monthly Food Cost Reconciliation Report.

• Take daily bar/beverages inventory. Also prepare monthly beverage cost report.

• Analyze Food and Beverage Cost Reports and report shortages, wastage, excess consumption etc.

• Ensure all issues (Food & Beverage) from kitchen and stores are against authorized documentation.

• Ensure all Food and Beverage items (including raw material) received by the restaurant are as per standards and specifications set by the Management.

• Ensure par inventories of all Food and Beverage items.

• Prepare list of slow moving items periodically and submit to Managing Director for his action.

• Check Expiry date of all packed, tinned bottled items and ensure they are consumed before expiry date or destroyed after the expiry date.

• Conduct spot checks to prevent wastage and pilferage.

• Conduct periodic Market surveys and obtain best quality/price for all food items in co-ordination with Managing Director.

• Prepare P&L statements of special Events/Promotions in co-ordination with Director

• Maintain PR with Excise, law and legal authorities.

• Responsible for training and motivation of direct subordinates.

• Conduct appraisals for direct subordinates.

2. Worked with Tzer’s Resto. & Bar (A unit of Four Some Food Pvt. Ltd.) as Asst Accountant cum F & B Controller. From 1 Nov.2003 to 8th June 2005.

3. Worked with Turquoise Cottage Delhi(A unit of Star Restaurant Pvt. Ltd.) As a Head Cashier cum Account Assistant. From 1.7.1998 to 31th October 2003
