Shamrock Center, Edison, NJ – 18,500 SF retail development. Completed all necessary improvements on time and on budget enabling the retailer (CVS) to open prior to Thanksgiving, meeting their business plan.
Phillipsburg Redevelopment, Phillipsburg, NJ – 1,200,000 SF industrial and retail Brownfield Redevelopment. Worked closely with the township and NJDEP officials to amend the Redevelopment Plan and negotiated a Redevelopers Agreement.
