At Allstate Insurance I have been given the opportunity to better define my own expectations of customer service. As a licensed insurance agent I am able to provide unremarkable customer service while making sure that all of the clients needs are met. On any given day I service an average of twenty policies ranging from billing questions and issues to customer retention efforts. I have made it my own personal goal to try to find a reslolution for the customer so that they can have a great customer experience.

As the Data Entry Clerk I reported to the Commandant of Cadets and the Deputy Commandant of Operations. My main duties were to enter and/or remove disciplinary actions into cadet's records, enter status and furlough dates for cadets that have been approved, maintain organized files of all data requests, print out daily as well as weekly reports that correlate directly to the data that is entered. I also answered phones, filed, typed up letters as well as talking points for staff call meetings, assisted cadets, parents and other campus departments with any questions or request they may have had, as well as assisting the Commandant's Executive Secretary and Special Projects Analyst with any tasks they may have had.

Conclusion:
I believe that my hard work, organization and persistence aide my abilities to work in a fast paced office environment. I aim to please, not only others around me, but myself as well. I am a quick and motivated learner that enjoys the office environment setting and believe that I would be a great asset to any organization or company that sees in me what I see in myself.
