As an unfunded start-up company my focus was developing the business plan along with the operational and financial models for presentation to venture capital firms. While there was sincere interest in the business model, the company was unable to secure the necessary funding to continue due to current economic conditions along with the uncertainty surrounding the future of healthcare.
