Recent project History:
• 2010-2011 - Constructed a new 7000 sf CMU exotic animal hospital in Bothell, WA. I was involved in on site supervision, project management, buyout, scheduling, and budget.
• 2009 – Developed and constructed a new 3500 sf Dental facility in the heart of downtown Bothell. I performed the duties of a Project Manager and Superintendent on this project.
• 2007-2008 – Project Manager - YMCA of Monroe, WA. $9M. 52,000 square ft. recreational facility, which included a swimming pool, gymnasium, racquetball courts, etc. This facility was built on a 6 acre lot, and supported by 580 auger cast piles.
• 2006-2007 – Project Manager - TOC, Everett, WA. $4M. 22,000 square ft. Office building on a 2.5 acre site, this was an exposed Glu-lam framed structure with over 700 beams and columns that were pre-cut at the factory. Shop drawing review was critical.
• 2006-2007 – Project Manager - Hilltop Commercial Center, Woodinville WA. $2.9M. 12,000 square ft. retail center built on a two acre site. SWPPP implementation was essential on this particular project, as it was near a fish bearing lake of which homeowners did not approve of the project.
• 2001-2006 –Project Manager - I was involved in the management of several retail projects with REI, Macy’s, Tommy Bahama, Eddie Bauer, and Starbucks, all on a national level.

• 2010 – Present – Corstone Contractors, LLC.
o Superintendent / Project Manager, responsible for the buy out, management, and on site supervision of a new 7000 sf Exotic Veterinary Hospital.
• 2008-2010 – Nu-Bold Construction
o Account Executive / Project Manager, responsible for expanding the company to establish new clientele, and manage ground up construction projects.
• 2006-2008-Kirtley-Cole Associates, LLC. Project Manager
o Responsible for the Management of several ground up projects from 1.5M to 9M.
• 2001-2006-Jackson Dean Construction. Project Manager.
o Responsible for the Project Management, and relationship building for many retail clients.
• 1995-2001-E. Kent Halvorson Inc. Superintendant 3 years, Project Engineer/Manager 3 years.
o Responsible for expanding the tenant improvement division, while acquiring new clients. Estimating, buying out, and completing successful projects.
