Field Supervisor position whereby I supervised the general labor workers. I would oversee different points in the turkeys life until they were ready for their marketing date. Responsible for ensuring that house temperatures remained constant, checked water quality (PH, Anthium levels) and air quality, would dissect poultry to identify diseases, and monitored bird behavior. I would program the computers in the bird houses for bird placement dates.
Feb 2009- Feb 2012 Crop Production Services Madera, CA
Field Scout
Assigned a company truck to service various accounts in the Merced, Fresno, and Madera counties. Responsible for checking for pest populations and diseases for the company’s customers. Submitted daily, detailed, and field specific reports that kept the Pest Control Advisor aware of each of his accounts. Required to take soil and tissue samples for laboratory analysis to determine deficiencies. Oversaw an entry level field scout and trained them.
