Bluejireh Inc.-Business Manager August 2010 – Present
My responsibilities were to supervise the daily operations of the business. Duties include managing contractors while on various jobs, invoicing customers, employee payroll, business licenses, travel arrangements, reports, presentations, disciplines and write ups, interviewing and hiring new employees, sales, event planning and administering government testing.
Sizemore Inc.-Career Placement Specialist October 2007 – August 2010
Duties include placing applicants in jobs complementary to their qualifications.
Taking applications, setting up and directing testing, daily interaction with
clients, recruiting events, interviewing, keeping all paperwork in compliance with
OFCCP and OSHA standards, track absences and tardiness and administer proper
disciplines, unemployment claims, workers comp injury reports, insurance
eligibility and benefits packages, invoices and billing, tracking holiday,
vacation, bonus time, and payroll. I also have supervised up to 160
employees.
Dixie Tours-Marketing Representative May 2000- March 2004
Duties included setting appointments to prospective clients, explaining the qualifications of eligibility in order to qualify for ownership in a resort by phone.
Training of new employees
In July 2002 the partnership split and the company became American Specialty Marketing. The manager was the same and so were the duties.

Duties included opening and closing the store, keeping up with stock, balancing cash register, displays, inventory, and conducting semi annual sales.

Qualifications and Experience:
I am very proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook). I have extensive knowledge and experience with Great Plains, Peachtree, and Quicken software. I have 10 key experience and am at about 11,800 key strokes per hour, I also type approximately 60 words per minute.
Volunteer:
During times when I was out of work I volunteered my time to help at the Bessemer Housing Authority. My duties were to answer calls and direct them to the proper person, filing and typing. I have also volunteered with the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity and The Humane Society during school.
