Present Interfirst Wholesale
In June 2005 I interviewed with 64 other candidates for the wholesale position for Interfirst< and was hired in June to cover the northern Ohio market with 2 other Account Executives. My position involved sales training for my broker base, to increase the account penetration, to sign up new accounts and to grow my book of business. I started with 21 active accounts and now have 88 active accounts that all send business to me. Interfirst was purchased by Citi Mortgage in Nov 2007 and by Feb 2008 the integration will be complete.
2005 Charter One Mortgage
I was offered the position to be responsible for both Correspondent and Wholesale for Charter One Mortgage for the state of Ohio. In this position I was able to grow the business each month, adding additional brokers and correspondents, and tracking the pull through to an acceptable level. On May, 9, 2005 Chater One Mortgage decided to concentrate on retail originations only and to close its Correspondent/Wholesale division.
