• Reviewed outstanding tax issues with IRS covering 25 closed subsidiaries. Resulted in elimination of $1,200,000 of taxes and negotiated refund of $90,000.

• As a Product Controller managed reconfiguration of corporate and plant accounting departments at separate remote locations. Increased efficiency by 300%.

• Negotiated and packaged commercial mortgage on numerous convenience stores. Net sale proceeds exceeded original estimates by $300,000.
