Organized the purchasing department so that it could handle a 300% increase in the amount of work it handled. This was accomplished by being part of a multi departmental team on how the Bill of Material was presented and it eventual conversion to an excel based format. Organized the purchasing method into a format that assured on time delivery of the goods and services purchased. Voluntarily took over the purchasing department and performed project estimating and purchasing during the first two years.
