• Interview job applicants, review applications/resumes, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.
• Negotiating salaries/other terms and conditions with finalized candidates.
• Design and conduct new employee orientations.
• Coordinating with PRO for the Contracts, ID Cards and Medical of employees.
• Experience of recruitment from various countries (including Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Philippines) and therefore have successfully placed around 300 candidates on different positions.
• Strong network of contacts with various employment agencies and Recruitment sources around the globe and negotiating preferential terms and conditions with them.
• Administration of Employment data and maintaining Employee Files.
• Handling HR & Admin Petty cash, dealing multicultural employees and resolving their grievances.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Arrangement for advertisements of required skills in various countries’ newspapers.
• Issuing Offer, Appointment, Warning and Termination letters to employees as required.
• Served the company as PRO (Authorized by the Co. in Visa & Residence department HFZA Sharjah) and handled General Administration activities as well.
• Arrangement of Visas, Tickets, OK to Board Messages, Visas Submission at the airport, hotels, coordinating for receiving the Visa Cancellation papers from the airport and resolving various issues related to the Visa and Residence Dep’t.
• Sourcing temporary employees through various Manpower Suppliers and negotiating preferential terms and conditions with them in accordance with the prevailing Free Zone/UAE laws.
• Experience of auditing and budgeting.
• Dealing with SEWA, Municipality, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health, Chamber of Commerce, Embassy etc.
• Familiar with Transportation (Vehicle Operation, Maintenance & Documentation)-as I have also served the company as an In charge Transport and have supervised 25 drivers.
• Devised and implemented various cost reduction measures in the areas of Visas Application Process, Ticketing and Transportation.
• Any other tasks/duties assigned by the upper management.
