• Ensure adherence to the annual budget for the branch
• Ensure targets for Gold Loan, Ncds / Bonds, Money Transfer, are met, thereby ensuring achievement of branch level targets
Customer
• Ensure that all customer complaints have been addressed on a daily basis by interacting with regional office; ensure that all complaints are described in the customer compliant register
• Keep track of outstanding and overdue loans / payments and follow up with the concerned customers on repayment
• Attend to standing instruction of customers as per standing instruction book.
Internal Processes
• Conduct meetings with branch employees for 10-15 minutes every morning (about the issues related to the previous day / about new circulars received from Head Office etc)
• Inform about leave details over phone to Branch Control within half an hour of opening of branch
• Ensure voucher authorization; issuance of cheques; and joint custody of chits & Hire purchase receipt book / RC book
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch all monthly reports to the Head Office
• Send charge report duly typed with the signature of BH, ABH, and RM within 10 days of taking charge
• Ensure that KYC norms are strictly followed during transactions
• Ensure that salary statement is returned back to Head - Compensation after obtaining signature of all employees within 2 days
• Obtain periodic bank statements; ensure preparation of bank reconciliation and timely submission to AO before 10th of every month
• Ensure timely submission of all documents pertaining to various loans to the Head Office
• Ensure safekeeping of all relevant security and collaterals including gold, RC Ensure that labor registration renewal in the month of November / December of every year
