Achieved 100% penetration rate in STAINMASTER® training for the Lowe’s® sales staff in 2011, even with a huge seven state territory that included New England and New York. Solved merchandising conundrums from 2010 to 2011 for major Home Improvement retailers left with unexpected empty space. Conceived several great merchandising solutions per management’s request that increased monthly store sales by an average of 5% for Lowe’s® stores in NE and NY.
While training over 500 Home Depot® sales people annually on STAINMASTER® products through DuPont Residential Marketing, I was invited to the Home Depot® Roadshow. I trained personnel for six sessions over three days in 2004, earning the highest ratings ever for style, quality, knowledge and effectiveness from Home Depot® associates.
