I having successfully completed a DIPLOMA IN COMPUTER APPLICATION at the Rajiv Gandhi Training Institute, I was a awarded a Certificate on 24th July 2001.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

More than 8 years of valuable experience in project management.

Maintain, repair, replace or modification of chiller, pump, variable air volume systems, air handling units, exhaust systems, condensers, evaporators, water heating units, and cooling towers.

Maintain, repair and replace HVAC control systems, systems and associated building temperature controls.

Respond to emergency HVAC system and routine calls from Country facilities and take action as necessary. Planning, coordinating, and evaluating preventive maintenance schedules for Country HVAC systems and related equipment.

Direct and coordinate work by independent contractors and subcontractors, monitor work flow review and evaluate work product.

Purchase and maintain inventory of parts and materials to accomplish timely repairs and preventative maintenance.

Assist in the development and management of the HVAC capital and maintenance operation budget. Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals and objectives for HVAC system integrity.

Develop, prepare and recommend plans, specifications, and cost estimates for HVAC system installation, repair alteration, and construction activities.

Attend and participate in the staff meetings, safety meetings, and related activities, attend workshop, conferences, and classes to increase knowledge, serve on committees as assigned.

Schematics and drawings for the installation of HVAC systems.

Practices, methods, equipment, tools, and materials used in the installation and repair of HVAC and related equipment. Operational characteristics, services, and activities of a comprehensive HVAC program. Scheduling maintenance and repair of systems.

Occupational hazards and standard safety practices.

Manage 30 + workers under extreme conditions. Requires constant problem-solving and highest-level leadership skills.

Contract and consulting of industrial HVAC projects. Executing of all activities of resources.

Previously I am working as HVAC Supervisor at AL-BILAD Group of Company, Saudi Arabia from 06th October 2001 to 15th October 2007.

Previously Worked as HVAC Engineer in GALFAR ENGINEERING, P D O, OMAN from 27th February 2008 to 20th January 2009.

As a project management for 11 months on behalf of Petroleum development Oman.

Monitoring effective utilization of resources by proper deployment. Liaise with PDO-CSR PDO –Supervisors and sub-contractors for coordinating various locations for activities with PDO standards. Adequate knowledge of Installation, service and maintenance of huge liquid chillers and ventilation system.

Previously Worked as HVAC Engineer in AGILITY LOGISTICS, QATAR from 10thFebruary 2009 to 15th August 2009.
