Solely responsible for all Below the Line Payroll with 350 employees paid on a weekly basis. Both Union and Non-Union Payroll accurately processed according to union regulations and CA labor laws. Reviewed contracts and deal memos for discrepancies and compared to budgeted wage scales.
• Flagged all deals that were over union scale amount for Executive approval per company policy
