Consultant/President

• Current: Project Lead and Lead Functional Resource for a successful implemention of Compensation Workbench for a Global Manufacturer and Marketer of business machines, records storage solutions and technology accessories.

• Project Manager with the Chicago Transit Authority managing a successful million dollar plus project with a team of three developers and one functional resource to successfully transition their Wage Rate and Wage Progression systems from their Mainframe GEAC system to their Oracle HRMS system

• Develop and debug OAB Fast Formulas and train the client at the Brunswick Corporation.

• Project Lead and Lead Functional Resource for a successful implemention of Career Management for the HR Department of the City of Chicago.

• Project Lead and Lead Functional Resource for a successful Global Oracle HRMS 11.03 upgrade to 11.5.10 at Fellowes, Inc. in Itasca, IL. Redesigned Fellowes HR setups to support the company’s global rollout of Oracle HRMS to Canada and Australia. Successfully implemented from scratch, OSB as well as setup iRrecruitment for a Phase II rollout. Phase I of this implementation was completed in a rapid timeframe, with only 6 months from start to finish. Phase II will include rollout of HR to Europe and HR Daily Business Intelligence and Self Service HR for US, Canada and Australia.

• Provided Strategic Project Implementation Planning for a successful 21,000 employee HR/OAB implementation at the Brunswick Corporation, in Chicago, IL. Led the design and development of the Global HR setup and Web ADI Mass Salary Upload functionality. Guided the client toward using best practices for the Global HR implementation. Created multiple OAB fast formulas from design to go live implementation.

• Lead Payroll Resources in the successful implementation of a 40,000+ person City of Chicago payroll system. Key contributor to the final testing of this City’s Payroll Processes and Procedures. Debugged and wrote many Payroll Fast Formulas as well as other Oracle Payroll functional and technical issues.

Xcelicor 1998 to 2004

Practice Manager and Senior Principal Consultant

• Project Manager on a successful $500,000 dollar project implementing Oracle HR and OAB with ADP connect replacing Peoplesoft HR and Benefits with a global operations review for Readers Digest.

• Global Design Lead on an implementation for the US, UK and Philippines for InfonXX. The UK portion of the project is live while the US phase is next.

• Functional Lead on a global planning project for a rollout to at least 15 countries. Implemented the Philippines into an existing US and Canadian Oracle HR Payroll Implementation for Teletech.

• Project Director on a highly successful 5 month OAB implementation and conversion project in California for Macrich.

• Project Manager on a successful rapid implementation of Oracle HR/Payroll/OAB/SSHR for Southern Union Company. This was a 1.4M project with 35+ client project team members and 6+ functional and technical consultants. The project team successfully consolidated 5 divisions and 7 different hr and payroll systems with this implementation.

• Project Manager and Lead Functional HR Resource on a successful rapid implementation of Oracle HR/Payroll/OAB/SSHR for Troon Golf, a multi-state 3500+ person payroll implementation. Create custom Workflows and Approvals for the SSHR module.

• Project lead for a multi-phase, multi-country implementation of Oracle HR/Payroll for Delmonte, a 2500 employee company. Trained many of the core system users in different countries. Conducted weekly meetings with the company’s senior level management. Setup and implemented Oracle HR and SSHR with a multi-language setup. Setup and implemented Oracle Training Administration for multiple countries.

• Analyzed and developed many functional and technical solutions. Wrote conversion programs for employee conversion and employee balance conversion. Produced many interface programs, reports and ad hoc scripts during many implementations.

• Integrated a new company into a live HR/payroll client which involved the setup of new key flexfields, descriptive flexfields and element for the new company. Create ad hoc reports using Oracle Reports. Supported functional consultant during year end processing by researching and resolving bugs and writing custom scripts.

• Developed a custom tips process for one of the first Oracle HR/Payroll customers. Designed and developed many custom reports for the client.
