Nature of experience and Responsibilities:

• Involve in P&ID review for plant expansion from 476 kta of ethylene to 670 kta.

• Involve in Hazop study in expansion project.

• Invove in review of interlock logic diagram of the Emergency shut Down system in expansion project.

• Involve in DCS FAT

• Making all decommissioning schemes to make plant hydrocarbon free and safe for man entry into vessels and towers for handover the plant system wise to execute the modification jobs in revamp

• Fully involved in construction, precommissioning and commissioning activity of the plant. Making all the flushing and blowing scheme, Dry out scheme and making SOP after completion of precommissioning

• Start up planning and subsequently plant start up successfully, Loop checking as per P&ID and making punch list after construction over
