Provided expertise to drive and support General Manager and Location Leaders in the West Virginia/ Eastern Kentucky Market Unit. Partnered with Location Leaders and General Managers to order point of sale material for the Market Unit. Worked with General Manager and Director of Retail, developing new merchandising standards for the Market Unit.
• Managed process in which the Market Unit had to verify customers who had coolers or machines that had not bought product from the company and also find out why they have not.. After we completed this process we saved the Market Unit $250,000.
• Worked with Key Account Managers with merchandising sets for cold vault coolers in there accounts, together we gained space in several accounts which increased overall volume 10%.
Unit Sales Manager: Princeton, WV 2009-2011
Managed team of 60 professionals including four managers and two administrative employees. Responsible for developing local contracts and employee scheduling. Worked with staff to service all accounts in our market. Responsible for P&L and inventory, hired and mentored staff to ensure completion of all goals and tasks. Worked directly with accounts to increase sales and implemented promotions which they would use for advertising to their customers.
• The Princeton Facility increased their sales 5% in 2009, 1% in 2010 and 2% in 2011.
• The Princeton Facility was awarded Wellness Award from the Market Unit for achieving wellness aware programs at the facility. The award was a total of $9,000.

Managed key accounts (Wal-Mart, Kroger and Foodland) and made sure they were serviced on time. Managed team of 20 professionals including merchandising department and bulk drivers also made schedules for both departments.
