Currently under board approved clinical supervision plan in the state of Texas; completion of supervision will be May 2012. Licensed to practice Social Work as a Master level Social Worker. Experience includes: 1998 to 2011 inpatient state psychiatric facility social worker. 2010 to present as contract worker as Psychotherapist providing individual, group, and family therapies to all age groups with mental health issues. 2009 to present PRN MSW for home health agency. Abilities and duties include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, community resource referrals, working collaboratively with other medical disciplines such as Primary Care Physicians, Clinical Psychologists, and other mental health professionals as a member of the clients' healthcare team. Member of the National Association of Social Workers.
