Director of Gates 2002-Present
- Ensure safe and hassle-free functions of an event-driven facility at Ford Field. Coordinate operational and security plans to maintain smooth traffic of guests, VIPs and other event participants in each exit and entrance gate in the entire building.
- Oversee and provide strategic direction to more than 30 managers / supervisors responsible for the inspection process and ticket taking at major events, which include sports, concerts, and exhibitions, among others.
