I have spent over 25 hears working in the IT industry on IBM MVS mainframe systems, and I have a very Broad

range of experience. The scope of job roles i have performed include software installation and maintenance,

Level 2 Technical Support Analyst

Provided technical support to customers on the BMC Incontrol products

(CONTROL-M/R, CONTROL-O, Control-T) products running in IBM ZOS Mainframe

Problem areas include product usage, installation, maintenance, migration,

security, customization etc.

Manage customer problems using Vantive and Remedy problem logging and tracking

applications

Created internal training documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, and present to

other team members at locations in the US, Europe and Australia.

Install new releases of the ZOS Incontrol products on internal systems

Apply Incontrol product maintenance to internal systems using SMP/e

Recreation of customer problems on internal systems when possible

Provide out of hours callout for Severity 1 issues
