Ja department manager for paint and design products, and managed the front counter sales area multitasking. Studied and sold the Benjamin Moore T.M. paints, residential and commercial grade products. Conducted faux finishing workshops.

Managed my own decorative painting business . During that time I have consulted with several local businesses on buying decorative products for the home. Have worked on contract promotional television advertisements for local furniture stores. Stared in the commercials for a local furniture outlet.

I have designed the stage set for a major cooking show, The Taste of Home Magazine T.M. annually for the past 15 years, and do backdrop designs for major photographers in the area. Decorated several reception halls for big events. High end silk and live floral arrangement.

I have done architectural drafting and designed, and contracted my own custom home and several additions for clients homes as well as a children’s furniture gallery floor plan.

I am currently working for a major furniture store. My duties there included sales, buying, merchandising, layout, invoicing, email, cash management, for the showroom floors and color and design consulting.

Familiar with: Photoshop, Word, Excel, Quick Books, Operated both IBM and MAC computer systems. Several computer aided design software programs, Corel Printshop, Digital Photography equipment. I have some computer graphic arts, photo editing and web site design experience.
