PROJECT
“DEVELOPMENT OF EXPERIMENTAL SETUP FOR STRESS ANALYSIS OF A CURVED BEAM”
This project aims to come up with an experimental setup which can be used for performing the experiment “Analysis of stresses in a curved beam using strain gauges” in the design lab of our department. Our project also makes use of finite element analysis (ANSYS software) and Theory of Elasticity (TOE) to establish a basis for validation of results obtained from these methods by experimental results.
